Billboards on their own structure
Read from passing traffic, so a coarser pitch suits them: P10 reads cleanly from about 33 ft. The structure is designed for the site and its wind load.

Shopfront strips
A screen across the front of a shop, read from the road and the footpath. Gusto’s Ahmedabad strip is P4 at 5,000 nits, the same height as Gusto’s in Vadodara.

Facade screens
A screen fixed to the face of the building so it becomes part of the front, often with ACP and lit 3D letters around it, built by the same crew.

Built for Indian sun and monsoon
4,500 to 7,000 nits keeps the screen readable in afternoon glare, and a light sensor dims it at night. IP65 on the front face as a minimum, front and rear for full-exposure billboards; cabinets for −10 to 50 °C, with front or rear service. See how many nits you need and front or rear service.
Structure and installation
We build the screen, its mounting frame and the electrical termination at the panel, and give the civil contractor full structural drawings for foundations. Petlad’s exposed public screen stands on a 10 mm MS base plate and 12-inch poles, with underground cabling and 48 hours of testing before handover. Standard installations take 8 to 10 days; a large screen on a new structure, 12 to 14.
Service after handover
A 1 to 3 year warranty, an AMC if you want one, and a technician on site within 48 hours for critical issues. LEDs are rated for 100,000 hours.

Where do you install outdoor LED displays?
Anywhere in India: our own crew travels to the site. So far we have installed 16 outdoor LED displays, in Vadodara, Anand, Petlad and Ahmedabad. Every display is specified for its site and built at our workshop in Pratapnagar, Vadodara.
Which pixel pitch should an outdoor LED screen have?
Choose it by viewing distance: about 1 m, or 3.3 ft, for every millimetre of pitch. P4 reads cleanly from about 13 ft, which suits most shopfronts; P10 from about 33 ft, which suits billboards read from traffic. A finer pitch than the distance needs adds cost without adding detail anyone can see.
Will an outdoor LED screen be readable in the afternoon sun?
Yes. NexGlow outdoor screens run at 4,500 to 7,000 nits, readable in peak afternoon glare, and an ambient light sensor dims them at night. Shaded outdoor spots can use 3,500 to 4,500 nits.
Can an outdoor LED display handle the monsoon?
Yes. We use IP65 sealing on the front face as a minimum, and IP65 front and rear for full-exposure billboards and coastal sites. The cabinets are built for monsoon rain, dust and temperatures from −10 to 50 °C.
How long does an outdoor installation take?
Standard installations take 8 to 10 days from order confirmation, covering panel sourcing, fabrication, installation and commissioning. A large outdoor screen on a new structure can take 12 to 14 days.
How much does an outdoor LED display cost?
It depends on the size, pixel pitch, brightness and the structure the site needs. After a site survey, NexGlow gives one fixed, all-inclusive quote covering the display, the structure, installation and a 1 to 3 year warranty.
Who services the screen after installation?
The same crew that installed it. Every screen comes with a 1 to 3 year warranty, an annual maintenance contract (AMC) is available, and for critical issues a technician comes on site within 48 hours. Cloud-managed screens report their health, so a failing module is flagged early.
