Cabinet frame
Die-cast aluminium or steel that keeps the whole wall flat, with the rear door and the mounting that ties it to our steel. This is where cheap cabinets fail.

Fans + SMPS power supply
The SMPS switches mains down to the 5 V DC the modules run on, sized with headroom. Fans carry the heat out of the cabinet on a hot facade.

Receiving card + sending card
The sending card at the controller splits the picture. Each cabinet’s receiving card takes its share and drives the modules through the hub board.

LED module
The face you see: SMD lamps on a module board, driver ICs behind. The smallest replaceable unit, so a fault means one module, not the screen.
