Manufacturing Process

Built with obsessive precision

Precision LED Assembly

Each LED module is assembled in our Class 100 cleanroom facility using automated SMT lines with 99.97% placement accuracy. We use top-bin LEDs from certified suppliers for maximum color consistency.

CNC Machined Enclosures

Display housings are CNC-machined from solid aerospace-grade aluminum blocks, then anodized for corrosion resistance. Every casing undergoes dimensional QC to within 0.02mm tolerance.

Thermal Engineering

Our proprietary heat dissipation system uses copper heat pipes and micro-channel cooling plates to maintain optimal LED junction temperatures, extending display life by up to 40%.

Environmental Testing

Every unit undergoes 72-hour burn-in testing, thermal cycling from -30°C to 70°C, vibration testing, and IP65/IP68 waterproof validation before leaving our facility.
